I brought my original engagement ring and my mother's engagement ring into the store wanting to incorporate the diamonds and both rings into a new unique design. I told Juan what I was thinking of and he sketched the new design out for me. Then they brought me in to see the photo design on the computer and made a plastic mock up for me to try. I couldn't be happier with the ring, it is absolutely beautiful!They also resized and polished a very old sentimental ring that was my fathers. Juan was very careful with it and it looks like new. Very professional and quality work, highly recommend. Thank you.

Working with everyone at Jewelers Bench has been the greatest pleasure. My mother gifted her engagement ring to my husband to propose with. It was white gold, and he had it re-set into a rose gold for a more personal touch. It came out beautifully. We also chose our wedding bands here as well. We received personalized recommendations on what weight and width was best suited for us; and we totally agree. We love our wedding rings.Their customer service is as stunning as their jewelry. They are always so nice and personable when we stop by. They encourage you to stop by anytime for cleaning too.

*edit*the owner reached out and fixed the ring at no charge. it is definitely thicker in the resize area. it seems more material was used to make it stronger. we feel confident that it will not come apart now.purchase the ring there in 2020 for my fiance. a couple days ago the seam from where it was sized broke apart when my wife got it caught on something. brought it back today and they wanted to charge $100 to repair it. The ring was not abused, deformed, or mangled or in any other way showing signs of misuse. The woman at the counter said this happens all the time and that's why they charge. well if it happens all the time maybe it's bad workmanship and they should get somebody better to do this job.buyer beware. if you buy your rings from them, get them sized somewhere else that you can trust cuz if theirs doesn't last but a few years that's an awful lot of money over the course of a lifetime to repair every 3 to 4 years.

The team over at Jeweler's Bench did a phenomenal job on my silver chain cleaning.It was a hefty chain, greyed and dulled from routine wear. The jeweler polished it so well it looks better than it did when brand new. The silver shines like it is supposed to once again and brought the life back into my favorite necklace.I will be sure to go back to Jeweler's Bench, they demonstrated excellent customer service and quality in their work.

My hand got caught under an 18 foot utility pole which twisted and broke the band of my engagement ring. I was so worried to have it repaired because it was broken around a very detailed/delicate area. I chose Jeweler's Bench because of their rave reviews and reasonable prices. The reviews don't lie, all 5 stars are totally deserved! The owner is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He made me feel totally secure and answered all my questions. He even took my ring down an 1/8 of a size because it was just a little bit too big. The best part, my ring was ready in two days, one of which was July 4th! I couldn't believe the super fast turn around. All at the very reasonable price I was quoted. I can't stop looking at my now perfect again ring- its so shiny! I cannot recommend Jeweler's Bench enough for their awesome repair services!

					  Jeweler's Bench is a 5 ☆ business! I've needed to get my engagement/wedding band sized for a couple years now due to a big weight loss and them no longer fitting properly. I kept putting it off because I didn't want to have to have my jewelry mailed out and worry if I'd get them back. Jeweler's Bench not only resized my rings, but they also reapplied the rhodium, and cleaned them. They have them shining brighter than I remember them shining. Highly recommended!! I look forward to future business with them!

					  After losing my husband to cancer 2.5 years ago I wanted to do something special with our wedding bands. I came in and explained my vision and was assured they could do it for me. When I got the call it was ready I ran to pick it up. Oh my goodness - I immediately started to cry. They captured my vision perfectly and I haven’t taken the necklace off since. I can now carry his heart in mine for the rest of my life. ❤️❤️ Thank you all so much. I am beyond grateful and so so happy!!!! 					  This shop exceeded my expectations. 

The customer service was excellent and they took their time to explain to me the process of creating a custom piece from beginning to end, which gave me a sense of confidence and trust in their work.

The team took my wife's original engagement ring and transformed it into a ring that blew past our expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the they beat expectations on time to fulfill. 

After getting some preliminary quotes from multiple jewelers, the final cost also exceeded my expectation.

If you are looking to get a custom piece of jewelry made, this is the spot to go. Juan and his staff are experts in this line of work and will not disappoint. If I could give more than 5, stars I would.

					  I highly recommend this jeweler! These people are not like the typical mass scale jewelers around. They are very hospitable, kind, and confident in their work. I had a simple ring sizing done and it looks perfect and fits perfectly. We even discussed redesigning a piece I have, and I didn't feel pressured at all. If I ever need any more work done I will use them again for sure.
